I have lived and worked in Nelson and the surrounding area for 27 years, more than half of my life. I have seen great changes and growth occur in our awesome town.
I am married and have two active boys. My family loves to participate in almost all the activities that our beautiful town has to offer. Skiing, biking, hiking and camping, to just name a few.
I have 30 years of home building experience and have developed a keen eye for building design and renovation possibilities. I have personally bought and sold five homes of my own, and know and understand the crazy emotions that are involved. I feel that I am able to prepare clients in understanding the home adventure that lays in front of them, whether buying or selling, and will guide them all the way to their summit.
I have had the best opportunity ever, working as a backcountry guide for 25 years. As a certified ski guide and avalanche forecaster, I have had amazing experiences working throughout the Interior of British Columbia. I have developed a great client base and have excellent communication skills to ensure client needs are met.
I have worked with a variety of people if many environments. I really enjoy helping others achieve their goals and believe that I am an excellent listener in making the real estate process an easier adventure.
